Projects management

PEC is having experts project management throughout front end, detail design, construction and commissioning in oil and gas industry. Liaison between different contractors, Vendors and internal stakeholders. It also involves chairing the kick-off meetings, coordination among taskforce, prepare project monthly progress reports.
